  • 003 WITH WHAT PLATFORMS/SOFTWARES DO YOU WORK? CAN YOU ADVISE ME ON WHICH PLATFORM TO USE?
    We are fans of WordPress. We love working with it! It is the software under which we develop most web pages. And we also work with Wix or Shopify. Don't worry if they sound like Chinese to you, we'll help you choose the software or platform that best suits your project.

    Of course, all our websites are self-manageable, it means, you can modify, add or delete any text, image, menu, link, page, product, project, post, category... all by yourself without the need for an expert. In a very simple way, since we program our websites not only thinking about how they look from the outside, but also how they are managed from the backside.

    It depends on the contracted service. If you need your file to be editable, tell us when hiring the service, since the budget would change since, when designing it, we will make it completely self-manageable.

    It depends! At  first, we always work with Adobe programs (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). In case you need to edit it but you don't know how to use this type of design programs, tell us! We will look for an alternative solution like Canva or Powerpoint.

    Off course! In fact, 90% of our clients are from outside of Swiss. We work through email and Skype or Zoom for specific questions or reviews.
  • 002 DO YOU WORK WITH GRAPHIC IDENTITIES OF OTHERS TO APPLY IT TO GRAPHIC DESIGNS?
    We prioritize projects in which we have designed the identity to later apply it to graphic designs such as cards or stationery.´ When you already have a corporate identity, we must check if we could work with your identity files. Sometimes you don't have the final, vectorized, or high-resolution files to work with.
  • 009 CAN I ORDER THE PRINTING SERVICE FROM YOU?
    Yes. We take care of looking for several printers offices to offer you several price alternatives. We also take care of all the design and adjustment procedures with the printing company itself, until we achieve the perfect result. You only worry about giving us the address so that we can send it to your home!
  • 005 DO I HAVE TO PROVIDE ALL DESIGNS CONTENTS?
    ¡Yes! We need to have all the content that you want us to include in the design and that you tell us some keys or ideas of what you need. In design we do not create copy content for the designs, nor do we correct the final texts to include in the designs.     It always depends on the service itself, how involved you are in the project and meeting deadlines when giving feedback and delivering content and information. For example, the process of designing a corporate identity usually takes between 4 and 6 weeks. When contracting the service, we will tell you the current deadlines for each project and you will have clear timings, since the dates are reflected in each service contract.

    We do not use the same style in all clients, but we design and create the client's style so that it has its own personality and is recognizable.

    A set is the stage where we take the picture. Each set is designed from scratch, produced and lit exclusively for your session. By default, a set includes one photo, but you can hire more extra photos in it.
  • 016 WHERE AND HOW LONG CAN I USE MY PHOTOS?
    All our rates include the right to use the photos without geographical or temporal limits. That is, once you receive them, you can use your photos wherever you want and as many times as you want.

    It depends a bit on the number of photographs contracted, but generally for a session of 15 to 30 sets, the session would last about 10 working days, counting from the reserved date. That is, if your session starts on a Monday, it would be delivered on friday of the following week.  
  • 012 DO YOU TAKE PHOTOS/VIDEOS FOR SOCIAL NETWORKS?
    Of course! The networks crack us up. We know exactly what kind of content works and how to do it strategically.

    Of course! As long as you notify 30 days before the reserved date, there is no problem.  
  • 007 WHAT DOES CUSTOMER BIESWEET MEANS?
    It means that you can book x sessions / x videos to edit per year with a single deposit. The first step would be to calculate how many photos/ videos you really need to cover the posts of your networks and then synchronize our calendars so that the dates are super accurate.
  • 014 WHAT DOES THE SESSION INCLUDE?
    All our rates include: studio rental, equipment and lighting, assistant fees, stylist on set, photographer, editing and delivery of high resolution files, web resolution and extra size for Instagram.
  • 009 DO YOU WORK REMOTE?
    Yes! We work remotely with all our clients. You simply have to send us your products (if you have products) by mail and we will notify you when everything is ready to pick them up.

  • 015 WHAT DOES VIDEO EDITION INCLUDE?  
    All our rates include: color grading, ambient noise reduction, cut and mix, titling, animations, subtitling (provided by the client) and sound. Our files are delivered in high resolution, web resolution or extra size for social networks.  
  • 003 HOW MUCH DOES A CORPORTE PRESENTATION VIDEO  COSTS?
    Our Rates depends a bit on the project, although we start working with a minimum budget of 1200 CHF.
  • 001 HOW CAN I WORK WITH YOU?
    You have two options: either hire a specific session, or become a Biesweet client (that is, have your sessions reserved every x months for a year with a single deposit).
  • 002 CAN WE WORK REMOTE?
    Yes. We can offer the service of design and basic project, choice of materials, product management, etc. the only thing that we cannot offer you in case you are not Neuchatel or surroundings, is the execution service and construction management. For them you should contact a local professional in your area.
  • 003 HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PREPARE A POP UP EVENT?
    It always depends on the service itself, how involved you are in the project and meeting deadlines when giving feedback and delivering content and information. The more information you have about the space to reform, the better. Do you have photos of the space? How many square meters does the space have? Do you have some characteristics to take into account when designing?

    Depending on the budget and the size of the project, we would adjust the payments to the different phases of the project. 1. Upon contracting the service. 2. Upon completion of the Pop up event / shop concept (preliminary project). 3. Upon completion of the basic project.

  • 008 PROCESSING METHODS AND SECURITY MEASURES
    Users’ personal data are processed by Biesweet using information technology, automated and electronic tools and, in limited cases, paper means. In compliance with the GDPR, specific security measures have been implemented to prevent data loss, unlawful or improper use of and unauthorized access to data. Only the persons authorized by the providers acting as Processors have access to personal data relating to the activities of the Site. Instructions and security measures have been defined in agreements or when appointing the Processors to ensure that the  of security required by the GDPR is ensured at all times during the processing of personal data for Site activities. While security measures have been adopted in Site settings and processing operations to prevent the loss, destruction or dissemination of personal data, the security risks associated with the online transmission of data cannot be excluded.

  • 004 NEWSLETTERS AND MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
    Site users can opt to receive newsletters and marketing communications. Biesweet collects users’ freely given, express, and unequivocal consent before sending them newsletters and marketing communications or, more generally, before undertaking dedicated marketing initiatives. In these cases, in addition to their email address, users may be asked to provide personal data (e.g. gender, country of residence, etc.) to receive marketing communications and newsletters tailored to their user profile.   • 003 PERSONAL DATA: PURPOSE OF THE PROCESSING
    The term “personal data” means any information relating to users of the Site, including data that identify them personally, alone or in combination with other information. Customers are free to object to any further email communication at any time (e.g. by clicking on the “unsubscribe” link at the foot of each email). - registering an account on the site When users decide to create and register a personal account on the Site, they are asked to provide personal data (e.g. date of birth, gender, etc.). The Site clearly indicates which personal data are (or are not) required to set up an account on the Site.   • 007 SHARING AND TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA
    The Controller transfer customers’ personal data to major third-party providers acting as data processors (the “Processors”) to carry out the operations necessary to fulfil their contractual obligations (e.g. delivery of ordered goods, payments, etc.).   The Controller make every effort to ensure that all Processors apply the best procedures available to protect personal data and do not use these data for purposes other than those established by the controllers. - courier services and postal operators - fulfilment centers and warehouses For example, the Controller may share personal data with the following categories of Processors: - fulfilment centers and warehouses - advertising, digital, marketing and social media agencies - it service providers - customer support service providers - payment service providers.   In all other cases, the sharing of personal data is subject to users’ prior express consent, unless the processing is permitted on the basis of another legal basis.
